Generally, if you have not received your item within 30 days from the day of purchase, you can request a full refund. We have established a 30-day guarantee period due to the fact that shipping time may vary depending on factors beyond our control.


If you received a damaged/broken item, please take pictures of the damages and the package that it arrived in. These photos are imperative to prove to the shipping company that something has been damaged during shipping. Depending on the damages, one of these things may happen:

1. The item goes back to us and you receive a new one.
2. You receive an agreed-upon full or partial credit for the damage. does not accept refunds if:

  1. The customer did not receive their item due to factors within their control (i.e. providing a false or incorrect shipping address).
  2. The customer ordered a wrong item, and the order was shipped.
  3. The customer changes their mind after shipping their order.
  4. The customer did not receive their item due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of (i.e item delayed by natural disaster, item not cleared by customs, bad weather, strikes, wars)
  5. The shipping company has marked the item as (delivered or received) and the customer claimed otherwise.
