We strive to offer you the best shipping rates and the fastest shipping time possible. We are located in and ship from our warehouses in the USA. At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Shipping times vary by location and shipping method. Your actual shipping time may be different. Orders placed during weekends or holidays may be delayed. Other factors like extreme weather, supply chain issues, or inaccurate shipping information may also cause delays in receiving shipments.

Please note that we can not ship to temporary address locations such as hotels, resorts, or P.O. Box addresses.

Order Tracking:

We provide tracking information to help you track your package from the time it leaves our warehouse until it arrives at your doorstep. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us with your package tracking information.

For your convenience, your package tracking information will also be available under your HealthDevice account. If you registered an account on HealthDevice.com before or during checkout, you can view and track the status of all your orders from one place by logging into your account and clicking on orders.

Shipping Methods:

We ship using different shipping methods that include but are not limited to FedEx, DHL, UPS, and USPS. Delivery time varies with each shipping method. For example, FedEx may take 2-5 business days while USPS may take 5-10 business days.

Free Shipping Eligibility:

In some cases, we may offer free shipping along with other discounts and special offers. To receive notifications about free shipping specials, make sure you sign up for our newsletters. It’s completely free and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Please note that some products are not eligible for free shipping. We calculate shipping for orders based on a combination of the package price, weight, and dimensions.

If you join our Pro Membership (coming soon), you will get free shipping on most orders and enjoy other perks and exclusive discounts on all products.

Please note: The above flat-rate estimate shipping costs assume a single shipment (one package shipped). If orders must be shipped in multiple packages, additional costs may be applied for orders with quantities greater than one. In these multi-shipment scenarios, estimated carrier rates determine the shipping cost and are invoiced and approved prior to shipment. Additionally, items may ship separately in multiple packages.

Taxation:

All shipments being sent to and from a country or region must clear customs first. Each country has different tax rules on imported goods. We recommend you know your country’s customs policies before placing an order on our website to avoid any unexpected problems.

Please note that non-US customers are responsible for paying any taxes or customs duty fees that may be charged upon delivery. HealthDevice may include a value on the package for customs purposes only, which may or may not be accepted by your country’s customs who may assess the value according to their own rules or judgment.

Lost or Damaged Package:

Your satisfaction is always our top priority and we want you to be happy with your purchase. Most packages reach their destination promptly and without any problems. In rare circumstances, a package may get lost, damaged, or stolen while in transit. We recommend that you have your packages delivered to a safe place like your home or office address.

Please note that HealthDevice is not responsible for customs delays or lost, damaged, or stolen packages. However, we will do our best to help you resolve the issue in the event that your package was reported as lost or stolen.

If you received a damaged/broken item, please take pictures of the damage and the package that it arrived in. These photos are imperative to prove to the shipping company that something has been damaged during shipping. Depending on the damages, one of these things may happen:

1. The item goes back to us and you receive a new one.
2. You receive an agreed-upon full or partial credit for the damage.

Additional Policies:

We will ship to the address you enter on the checkout page (shipping address) or the address you entered on your HealthDevice account. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct. And if you are using Paypal, make sure it matches your Paypal address. We will not be held responsible if you do not receive your item because of a false, incomplete, or incorrect shipping address.

For items with variable sizes, colors, or types, please choose the correct item size, color, or type before placing your order. If you have placed an order with the wrong size, color, or type, please leave us a note as soon as possible and we will modify the order for you. Please note that we can only modify the order during the processing time (before shipment).

Also, be aware that due to the nature of the healthcare products and how they’re being used, some items may not be eligible for refunds or exchanges on some items. To learn more, please check our return policy.

If you have not received your item after 30 days, please contact us. You may ask for a refund or a replacement item.
