Other factors, like holidays, may also cause delays in receiving shipments. We are not responsible for customs delayed shipments and we do not have the power to accelerate the shipment once it’s at customs. However, we strive to provide you with the fastest shipment possible. Also, we provide tracking information to help you track your package from the time it leaves our warehouse until it arrives at your doorstep.

Please note, we can not ship to temporary address locations such as hotels or resorts.
We ship using different shipping methods that include but are not limited to FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS. Delivery time varies with each shipping method. For example, FedEx may take 2-5 business days while USPS may take 5-10 business days.
All shipments being sent to and from a country or region must clear customs first. Each country has different tax rules on imported goods. We recommend you know your country’s customs policies before placing an order on our website to avoid any unexpected problems.
Please note that non-US customers are responsible for paying any taxes or customs duty fees that may be charged upon delivery. HealthDevice may include a value on the package for customs purposes only, which may or may not be accepted by your country’s customs who may assess the value according to their own rules or judgment.
Lost Or Damaged Package:
Most packages reach their destination promptly and without any problems. However, sometimes a package may get lost, damaged, or stolen while in transit. HealthDevice is not responsible for customs delays, lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
We will ship to the address you enter on the checkout page or the address you entered on your HealthDevice account. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct. And if you are using Paypal, make sure it matches your Paypal address. We will not be held responsible if you do not receive your item because of a false, incomplete, or incorrect shipping address.
For items with variable size, color, or type, please choose the correct item size, color, or type before placing your order. If you have placed an order with the wrong size, color, or type, please leave us a note as soon as possible and we will modify the order for you. Please note that we can only modify the order during the processing time (before shipment).
Also, be aware that due to the nature of the healthcare products and how they’re being used, some items may not be eligible for refunds or exchanges on some items. To learn more, please check our refund policy.
If you have not received your item after 30 days, please contact us. You may ask for a refund or a replacement item.
