Directions on how to use the Advanced Orthopaedics Low Profile Walker

After removing the liner from the brace, wrap it around your leg and foot. Make sure that your heel fits comfortably into the heel portion followed by the calf portion. The wrap should fit snugly onto your leg and foot but make it not too tight.

Attach the end of the straps onto the outside of the strut. While seated, spread the side upright of the brace and step into the boot. Make sure your foot is positioned flat, your heel in the back. Position the uprights parallel to the leg. Close the straps starting from the toes upwards.

Note: As the edema or swelling decreases while the injury is healing, it might be necessary to adjust the fit of the wrap.

Care Instructions

Remove the liner from the brace and fasten the closures. Do not machine wash and do not use bleach. Hand wash the liner using cold water and mild soap, and air dry. To clean the brace, use a damp cloth to wipe it off.
