Directions on how to use the ObusForme Ultraforme Universal Backrest

1. Unfasten the buckles located at the back of the backrest then place it against the back of the chair/seat that you are going to use.
2. Sit and align your back against the backrest. Move the backrest up and down until the curvature of the backrest meets the small of your back.
3. Hold the backrest in place and turn around to note the distance between the spot where the base of the backrest meets the back and the seat of the chair.
4. If necessary, adjust the position of the back of your chair by tilting it backwards or forward as necessary.
