Directions on how to use the PediFix Plantar Fasciitis Relief Strips

Clean and dry foot thoroughly. Without removing the backing, check the strip for fit. Starting from the ball-of-foot, the strip should reach behind your heel. Scissor trim if it is too long or wide.

To apply the strip properly, sit and position your foot perpendicular to the lower leg. Start by peeling off a few inches of the backing, apply and press starting from the ball-of-foot. Gently pull the rest of the backing as you continue to apply the strip. The ‘T’ end should be properly positioned at the back of the heel.

To remove, lift one edge and peel the strip off. Use regularly for a few days for a guaranteed fast result.
