The ProCare XcelTrax™ Air Walker Boot is made of medical-grade materials specifically engineered to provide immobilization and controlled movement of the lower leg, ankle, and foot. This device can be worn by patients with stress and stable fractures on the lower limb or after foot surgery.

The ProCare XcelTrax™ Air Walker Boot has foam laminate liner and an integrated strapping closure system that provide support and compression and modifies the level of pressure on the injury. The cushioned EVA foam insoles absorb shock upon heel strike, promoting a natural, comfortable and pain-free gait.

Another fantastic feature of the ProCare XcelTrax™ Air Walker Boot is its integrated pump which easily inflates and adjusts the pneumatic liner to find the most comfortable fit. It comes in high and low top versions which can be purchased depending on which part of the foot requires immobilization and support.

Directions on how to use the ProCare XcelTrax™ Air Walker Boot (High or Low Top)

1. Unfasten straps and remove the liner. Place foot in liner, making sure your heel fits snugly in the liner’s back portion then fasten the flaps starting from the toe area upwards. Make sure the liner is snug but not constricting the foot.
2. With the colored “pull up” tabs intact, spread open the braces and place your foot inside with your heel first followed by your forefoot. With your foot and ankle at 90°, center your ankle at the struts. Once aligned, remove the colored “pull up” tabs and push struts towards the liner. Fasten straps from the toes upward without overtightening.
