Directions on how to use the SCOTT SPECIALTIES Uni-Foam Arm Sling and Swathe

Place your arm in the sling with your elbow at the closed end. Ask another person to pull the straps over your shoulder crisscrossing in the back and then under your arms. Wrap the swathe around your affected arm and torso and under your free arm. Secure the swathe back into itself. If necessary, adjust the sling using the buckles in each strap.
