Directions on how to use the Acu-Life Foam Ear Plugs

Using your clean hands, roll the earplug between your fingers to form a tight cylinder. Pull your ear upward and outward then insert the small end of the ear plug into your ear canal. Hold in place until the plug expands for a snug and comfortable fit.
