Directions on how to use the Aircast Air-Stirrup Ankle Brace

1. Open the brace and lift the liner’s bottom until the straps are fully exposed. Peel up the heel straps and adjust the pad’s width for a comfortable fit. Then press the straps and liner back in place.
2. Put on your ankle wrap or absorbent sock and align the brace’s sides with your ankle.
3. Fasten straps starting from the bottom upwards then put on sneakers or lace shoes.
4. To adjust the brace, squeeze the sides together using one hand. Using your other hand, tighten the straps from bottom to top, and tighten for comfortable support.

Care Instructions
