Directions on how to use the Aircast Air-Stirrup Ankle Brace

Open the brace and lift the liner’s bottom until the straps are fully exposed. Peel up the heel straps and adjust the pad’s width for a comfortable fit. Then press the straps and liner back in place.
Put on your ankle wrap or absorbent sock and align the brace’s sides with your ankle.
Fasten straps starting from the bottom upwards then put on sneakers or lace shoes.
To adjust the brace, squeeze the sides together using one hand. Using your other hand, tighten the straps from bottom to top, and tighten for comfortable support.

Care Instructions

To clean the Aircast Air-Stirrup Universe, wipe using lukewarm water with soap. Air dry completely before reuse or storage.

Warning

Always wear an ankle wrap or absorbent shock before wearing this ankle brace. Do not use it if the product has been damaged or the package was opened. Do not wear over an open wound. If irritation, numbness, or additional pain occurs while wearing this product, discontinue use immediately and contact your healthcare provider.
