The AIRCAST XP Diabetic Walker Brace is an effective aid for people suffering from foot pains and other symptoms related to diabetes. This high-quality removable cast is specifically designed to help patients with diabetes-related issues manage their symptoms, including foot ulcers, severe ankle sprain, and soft tissue injury.
The AIRCAST XP Diabetic Walker cast has an optimized and innovative high rocker sole that maximizes offloading of the diabetic foot. With its semi-rigid shells and full air cell, pressure points are eliminated making you walk comfortably and pain-free.
AIRCAST XP Diabetic Walker Brace has two extra insoles, one is a dual laminate which is designed with the Impax™ grid technology. Combined with the semi-rigid shell and full air cell coverage, they help regulate foot strains.
Specifically designed for diabetic people, the AIRCAST XP Diabetic Walker Brace comes with three stockings and one hand bulb with a pressure gauge for patients to measure and inflate the air cells easily without assistance.
AIRCAST XP Diabetic Walker Brace System makes a perfect alternative to contact casting. What makes it better is the fact that it can be easily removed and reapplied at any time, unlike contact casting which is required to be applied and removed during skin and wound examination, which is not only costly but also time-consuming. It also has ample room for bandages and other wound care applications without sacrificing comfort.
AIRCAST XP Diabetic Walker Brace – Protects and Immobilizes Diabetic Foot
Wearing AIRCAST XP Diabetic Walker Brace makes walking and other activities pain-free and worry-free. The walker’s air cells and rocker sole design not only maximize the offloading but also immobilize your affected foot, keeping it safe and comfortable at all times.
This AIRCAST XP Diabetic Walker Brace features the optional Aircast Brace-Lok system which provides a secure lock and easy patient progress monitoring. This product is specifically engineered to meet the needs of higher-risk diabetic patients.

Directions on how to use the AIRCAST XP Diabetic Walker Brace
- Prepare – unfasten the straps, remove the panel, toe cover, and flaps
- Apply – Sit down properly. Put on the stocking, and place your leg in the brace, making sure that your foot is flat on the insole and your heel in the back. Smooth the wrinkles on the stocking before wrapping the flaps over your foot and toe cover around your toes. Secure the front panel and straps from bottom to top. Tighten until you reach a comfortable fit.
- Inflate – insert the white tip of the air tube into the air cell valve. Squeeze the hand bulb until the pressure gauge indicator is above 30. Stop squeezing the hand bulb and the indicator will slowly fall. Once the indicator falls within the right pressure, put the air tube out of the valve.
To deflate, insert the black tip of the hand bulb marked “deflate” in the valve firmly, then squeeze the bulb.
