The DARCO MedSurg Shoe is specially engineered with the highest quality and most modern features. It has a unique and easy to use strapless forefoot closure that eliminates buckle pressure. This closure is also expandable to accommodate larger dressings.

The DARCO MedSurg Shoe’s ankle strap positions the heel firmly in the insole, eliminating heel friction, discomfort, and slippage while walking or standing.

This cast shoe’s square toe design protects the foot against knocks and bumps and provides ample room to facilitate casted foot, either left or foot.

This DARCO MedSurg Shoe’s rocker sole offloads plantar pressure on the heel by about 25%. It also features DARCO’s patented MetaShank Protection for a stronger grip and control under the metatarsal heads.

This reliable cast shoe is fully compatible with the DARCO’s PegAssist off-loading insole which is available as a separate purchase. It can be worn on either left or right and can be paired with regular shoes on the foot.

Directions on how to use the DARCO MedSurg Shoe

Unfasten the cast shoe’s strapless forefoot closure and position the foot properly on top of the insole. Secure the foot by closing the closures.

Care Instructions

Clean the dirty cast shoe using a damp cloth or soft brush. Air dry completely before reuse.
