Directions on how to install the Drive Medical Clamp-On Tub Rail

1. Clean and dry the bathtub thoroughly. All contact surfaces must be very dry and free of any soap residue to ensure secure installation.
2. Loosen the knob until the rail is wide enough to slip on the side of the tub.
3. Place the rail on the tub with the knob outside of the tub. Tighten until the rail is tight and secure.
4. Test for comfortability and safety. Pull the rail forward, sideward, and back. If it slips or moves, make sure that the area is thoroughly cleaned, dry, and free of any soap residue then try to reinstall and retighten.
5. Repeat all steps until the rail is fitted securely.
