Directions on how to install the Maddak Secure-Bolt™ Hinged Elevated Toilet Seat

1. Remove the toilet’s existing seat and lid
2. Place the gasket on the toilet. The holes in the toilet must be aligned with the holes in the gasket.
3. Place the Maddak Hinged Elevated Toilet Seat on the toilet with the small slotted holes up. Make sure the holes are lined up with the holes in the gasket.
4. Place the existing seat and lid on top of the hinged elevated toilet seat.
5. Insert the bolt through the seat hinge, the mounting block of the hinged seat, the gasket, and the toilet.
6. Repeat step 5 with the second bolt in the other hole.
7. Slip the washer into the end of the bolt and tighten the nut. Repeat with the second bolt.

Warning

The Maddak Secure-Bolt™ Hinged Elevated Toilet Seat should never be used without the normal toilet seat attached and hinged in the down position.
