Directions on how to use Pedifix Arch Support Cradles:

Position the Arch Cradles so the heel of the support is snugly against the heel of the shoe, while the raised arch extends along the inside edge. The Arch Support Cradles can be trimmed with a sharp scissor if needed.

Care Instructions:

Wash with soap and warm water. After washing, thoroughly rinse and press with a towel to remove excess moisture. Allow to air dry completely before reusing.
