Insert the heel cup inside the shoe with the flat side down and against the heel of the shoe.

Care Instructions

Hand wash and air dry completely before reuse or storage. If the gel becomes tacky after several uses sprinkle with talcum powder.

Warning

Do not use these heel cups with an open wound. Gradually increase wearing time and should pain and discomfort increase, discontinue use of the product immediately.
