PediFix Nighttime Bunion Regulator Splint – Relieves bunion while resting or sleeping

The Pedifix Nighttime Bunion Regulator is a doctor-developed splint that gently stretches the tendons and muscles surrounding the big toe in order to slow down the progression of the bunion. This splint is a good bunion surgery alternative. It’s recommended by podiatrists for patients who want to avoid having or delaying bunion surgery.

The Nightime bunion regulator splint is designed to be used while sleeping or resting (It’s great for nighttime). Wear it only while you are resting at home or at night during sleep. In order to reduce interference with sleeping, a sock can be worn over the splint before going to bed if desired.

• Disconnect the hook-and-loop band from the Nighttime Bunion Regulator, and remove the free end. (Keep the part of the splint arm underfoot with the sewn loop).
• At the concave part of the splint, place your big toe between the leather-covered cushion and the other cushion. You should end up with the leather-covered cushion covering your bunion joint.
• Through the slot on the splint arm, lead the hook-and-loop band around the outside of the foot.
• Adjust and tighten the band by pulling slightly on the toe.
• Fold the hook-and-loop band over on itself. Then, press the band together tightly to secure it.

Initially, limit the usage of the Nighttime Bunion Regulator splint to 30 minutes. As your comfort level improves, gradually increase the band tension while wearing the splint and you can start wearing it for longer durations.
