Directions:

Wash feet and dry them. Peel off backing and apply directly to the affected area. To remove, gently peel away from the skin. Avoid applying lotions, powders, or medications to pad or skin because the pad will not adhere to the skin unless both are clean and dry.

Care: 

Hand wash and air dry completely before using. The gel is self-adhesive even after washing.
