Directions on how to use the BELL-HORN Rigid Stirrup Ankle Brace

While the heel strap is positioned at the center below the heel, adjust the brace so that it fits snugly but not tight. Wrap the lower strap with the shell’s ankle cup centered over each ankle bone. Next, wrap the upper strap making sure that side shells are centered on the leg and ankle. Once a comfortable fit is achieved, you can trim the excess strap material. Just make sure to leave two inches to use as pull tabs. Adjust if necessary, especially when swelling is reduced.

Care Instructions

Hand wash using cold water and mild soap and rinse thoroughly. To remove excess water, wrap in a clean, dry towel. Air dry completely away from sunlight.
