This innovative toilet seat riser has a unique design which allows it to be lifted and lowered like the regular toilet seat. This feature was made possible by designing the seat riser into 2 parts that are hinged together so the ring seat part can be lifted in the same manner as the existing toilet seat.

The Maddak Hinged Elevated Toilet Seat provides a subtle and cost-effective way to add height to the toilet, especially for those with limited mobility who are having difficulty in using their existing toilet such as the elderly, injured patients-, and individuals with medical conditions that limit their movement.

This innovative toilet seat riser is installed using the toilet’s existing seat and toilet. It has the design of most standard toilet seats so its aesthetics does not affect or change the appearance of the toilet. It comes in two design options – one for standard-shaped seats and the other one for elongated seats.

Directions on how to install the Maddak Hinged Elevated Toilet Seat

Remove the toilet’s existing seat and lid
Place the gasket on the toilet. The holes in the toilet must be aligned with the holes in the gasket.
Place the Maddak Hinged Elevated Toilet Seat on the toilet with the small slotted holes up. Make sure the holes are lined up with the holes in the gasket.
Place the existing seat and lid on top of the hinged elevated toilet seat.
Insert the bolt through the seat hinge, the mounting block of the hinged seat, the gasket, and the toilet.
Repeat step 5 with the second bolt in the other hole.
Slip the washer into the end of the bolt and tighten the nut. Repeat with the second bolt.

Warning

The Maddak Secure-Bolt™ Hinged Elevated Toilet Seat should never be used without the normal toilet seat attached and hinged in the down position.
