Directions on how to use the Thermoskin Ankle Wrap

Apply the wrap in a position where the seams run down the front of your foot and your heel sticks out through the designated hole at the back of the wrap. Fasten the adjustable closure according to your desired compression around the ankle.

Care Instructions

Hand wash using warm water and mild soap. Rinse thoroughly and press flat in a clean towel to remove excess moisture. Air dry completely before reuse or storage
