Directions on how to install and use the Drive Medical Swivel Seat Shower Stool

1. Remove all parts from the package.
2. Lay the chair upside down and insert each receptacle leg into the bottom of the seat. Repeat the step on all legs.
3. Turn the chair right side up. Attach the storage tray by placing it between the legs and inserting braces into the receptacles located in the leg collars.
4. To rotate the seat, pull up on the handle until the seat is free from one of the locked positions and rotate to your desired position. The seat can be rotated in both directions.

Care Instructions

Clean using mild and rinse with warm water. Wipe it dry after each use.

• Before assembly, check all parts for shipping damage. If damage is found, contact the dealer/carrier for further instructions
• To ensure that leg extensions are securely locked in position and even height is achieved, make sure that height-adjusting snap buttons are fully protruded through the same respective hole for each leg extension.
• Check the rubber tips for wear, rips, or if they are missing. If any of these exists, replace them immediately.
• All 4 legs with rubber tips must simultaneously touch the floor at the same time.
• DO NOT stand on the chair to prevent accidents.
